Ember is a matrimonial platform for sincere, respectful use only. You agree not to use the platform for casual encounters, solicitation, harassment, or any purpose other than genuine matrimonial exploration. Misuse, including sending inappropriate messages or misrepresenting yourself, will result in immediate account suspension.

The Premium membership tier is billed as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Ember may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct detrimental to other members. You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy retention schedules.
