When both of you have an active Premium subscription, messaging unlocks. From there, progress through consent-gated stages: photos, video calls, an optional family or friend introduction call, and contact exchange — all inside the platform. Biometric Identity Verification
Submit a passport, driver's licence, or national ID alongside a live selfie. Entrust verifies the document and confirms the selfie biometrically matches it — adding 40 points to your Trust Score and unlocking voice and video call stages. Supported across 195+ countries, with passports accepted universally.
Trust Score (0–100)
A transparent score visible on every profile, built from: email verification (+15), phone verification (+15), biometric identity check (+40), profile photo (+10), profile completeness (+20). Reports from other members reduce the score by up to 20 points.
Photo Privacy by Default
Profile photos are blurred for all members by default — faces are only revealed once both members are messaging on Premium and mutually choose to advance to photo sharing. Premium members can also enable invisible browsing mode.
Multi-layer Scam Detection
Every message is scanned in real time for phone numbers, email addresses, payment requests, external links, harassment, and grooming language. A nightly batch scan also detects interest spam, message flooding, and suspicious behavioural patterns. Flagged activity is routed to our moderation team instantly.
No Personal Details Shared
